We are seeking passionate and professional hospitality team members to join us in the following casual positions:

• Section Waiter – Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service in a premium setting.
• Bartender – Craft exceptional drinks with flair, consistency, and efficiency.
• Host & Senior Host – Welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless first impression.
• Pass Caller – Coordinate the flow of dishes from kitchen to floor, ensuring timing and presentation meet our exacting standards.
• Sommelier – Curate and recommend wines with expert knowledge, enhancing each guest’s dining experience through perfect pairings.
• Supervisor – Lead and support the team in delivering impeccable service, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

About You

We’re looking for team members who:

• Hold a current VIC RSA.
• Have prior experience in a similar role within high-quality restaurants, bars, or hotels.
• Thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong guest focus.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
