We are seeking passionate and professional hospitality team members to join us in the following casual positions:
- Section Waiter – Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service in a premium setting.
- Runner – Support the floor team by delivering food and beverage with precision and pace.
- Bartender – Craft exceptional drinks with flair, consistency, and efficiency.
- Host – Welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless first impression.
- Pass Caller – Coordinate the flow of dishes from kitchen to floor, ensuring timing and presentation meet our exacting standards.

About You
We’re looking for team members who:
- Hold a current NSW RSA.
- Have prior experience in a similar role within high-quality restaurants, bars, or hotels.
- Thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong guest focus.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
