We are currently looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at GC Aqua Park! As a casual role, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment. Located at the Broadwater Parklands, Southport in the beautiful city of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, GC Aqua Park is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. You will need to have a strong understanding of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles in order to create delicious and consistent drinks. In addition to making beverages, you will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista in a similar setting, with knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for this role.

Requirements:

– CPR, First Aid & Blue Card
– Previous experience as a Barista
– Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and teamwork skills

Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays.

We have a blackout period during Summer Holidays (December & January) where no leave or unavailability requests will be considered.
