Experienced Bar Staff Wanted – Robina Pavilion
Located on the water and recently refurbished, Robina Pavilion—voted the #1 venue on the Gold Coast—is seeking professional and experienced bar staff to join our growing team.
Family owned and operated, Robina Pavilion is a high-performing, multi-faceted venue featuring gaming, TAB, Keno, high-volume bars, and a strong food and functions business. Due to significant growth and internal promotions, we are expanding our bar team.

- Confident meeting and greeting of members and guests
- Strong focus on venue presentation, cleanliness, and standards
- A commitment to optimising guest satisfaction on every shift
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A genuine willingness to learn and further develop your skill set
- Cocktail knowledge and experience (highly regarded)
- Gaming, TAB and Keno experience (highly beneficial)
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail
- The ability to remain professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliability, organisation, and pride in representing the Robina Pavilion brand
- Experience delivering functions and events with high customer satisfaction and strong communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role
- Current RSA and RSG certificate
