Casual Bar & Waitstaff – Join Our Growing Team!

After recently welcoming some great new team members, The Island at Elizabeth Quay is continuing to gear up for a huge summer of events, live music, and non-stop waterfront action. With the season ramping up fast, we’re on the lookout for more experienced bartenders and waitstaff to jump on board.

If you’re confident in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and know how to deliver excellent service with a smile, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for candidates with:
✅ A valid RSA
✅ Availability across the end of year, Christmas and summer period with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Solid hospitality experience (bar or floor)
✅ Working rights (not on a student visa – limited hours won’t suit this role)
☕ Barista skills are a big plus – if you’re a standout in this area, let us know!
