Dawn Baked Goods, located in the heart of Rozelle, is looking for a casual Assistant Baker to join our small but passionate team.

We’re seeking someone with proven baking experience who can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for baking and take pride in producing high-quality pastries and breads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Baking a range of pastries and breads to a high standard
• Preparing mise en place and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Following recipes and instructions from the Head Baker
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all products
• Supporting the team to meet daily production schedules

About You:

• Previous baking experience is essential
• Reliable, motivated and attention to detail
• Able to work weekends as required
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, positive environment
• Australian work rights is essential

You’ll report directly to our Head Baker, with opportunities to refine your craft and contribute to our growing brand.
