Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, who supply the public, our own Merlo Coffee stores and 1,700 cafes and restaurants with freshly roasted coffee around the country every day.

We are looking to fill a position at our Southport Torrefazione location.

25-30+ hours per week

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Customer service experience in a similar environment
• Previous Barista experience desired but not essential
• A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Fast hands and an ability to work autonomously
• A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
• Interest in progression and career development
• Available minimum 5 days per week
