The Position
Pace National has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Support Officer / Receptionist to join our team. This essential role is largely front of house where you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming calls, responding to enquiries, preparing for meetings / client appointments, assisting with reporting and processing.
You will be working closely with our team of Allied Health Consultants, Psychologists and Managers to keep the business running smoothly. You will have fantastic learning opportunities, get to work with a diverse team of professionals, and be part of a growing business.
The role is Casual and flexibility dependent upon changing demands will be appreciated.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a front of house role
Summarised Responsibilities
- Providing internal business support to our allied health consultants and management staff
- Front of house management
- General office responsibilities: email communications, effective / efficient client liaison, actioning new referrals, document management, managing office supplies, scheduling and billing of appointments
- Answering our Psych Employee Assistance phone line, booking appointments, and escalating calls when and where appropriate
- Processing Medicare Mental Health Care payments and rebates
- Assisting the consulting team and management staff to improve efficiency, deliver on service and quality objectives, and manage workflow with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn to assist our team of consultants with various placement activities and work trial canvassing.
