Bread shop in Queen Victoria market seeking someone

For Saturdays, 5am to 4pm and the occasional fill-in on a Sunday or Friday. The job requires good communication with customers, selling bread, learning all different types of bread, and stacking shelves. It’s a very busy fast-paced environment at times so must be someone who is physically ready.
