About the Barista/Waiter Role
We are seeking Barista/Waiter to join our team at Yugen Tea Bar. As a key part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, preparing specialty coffee and tea, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will work in a high-end, fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and providing expert knowledge on our offerings.

About the Ideal Candidate
You’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Barista and Waiter in a specialty coffee or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, V60, and other manual brewing methods.
• Enthusiasm for high-end tea service, with a willingness to learn and educate guests on premium tea selections.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, ensuring a warm and engaging experience for all guests.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high-quality service during busy periods.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of collaborating effectively within the FOH and BOH teams.
• Availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
