About the Role

As one of our Barista’s, you will have a deep appreciation for coffee culture, an art for creating beautiful beverages, and a commitment to providing a memorable atmosphere where our customers can enjoy expertly crafted coffee and connect with their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other café beverages to a consistently high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, dining and service areas
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continually enhance your skills
• Adhere to food safety standards for storage and serving

This is an all-rounder role, so in addition to making coffee, there will be a requirement that
you are on the floor assisting our front of house team serving customers, taking out coffee’s/ beverages and food when required and monitoring the floor area clean as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 12 months of barista experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
•  A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to multitask
• Someone who works well in a team, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture
• The ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee with speed and precision
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to perform efficiently under pressure
• Relevant food handling and barista certifications are highly desirable
