Parlour is a newly opened café located inside Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, serving specialty coffee and fresh, wholesome food made in-house.

We’re looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about quality coffee and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a casual role with full-time hours available.

About the role:

• Lead coffee quality control on our La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Mocamaster and EK43
• Prepare exceptional espresso and batch brew recipes
• Deliver warm, welcoming service to every customer
• Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for:

• Proven barista experience with strong specialty coffee knowledge
• Confidence working in high-volume service environments
• Good latte art skills (preferred)
• A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
