We’re on the hunt for the best in the business—a skilled Barista who can hit the ground running and join our passionate team.

Position: Barista

We’re offering above-award rates for a highly experienced Barista with a true passion for coffee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the art of making the perfect cup.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting high-quality beverages including coffee, tea, frappes, and more
Creating latte art with precision and flair
Cleaning and maintaining a commercial coffee machine and grinder
Handling customer orders and transactions with accuracy
Maintaining and replenishing stock
Assisting with general waiting duties, including food and beverage service
Keeping the service area, coffee-making area, and espresso machine clean and tidy
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a strong passion for coffee – Highly regarded
Expertise in latte art and coffee-making techniques
Experience working in a high-volume cafe
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, professionalism, and a well-presented appearance
