We’re looking for a casual Barista to join our small, close-knit team at Lune High St (Armadale). This role suits someone who thrives in a high-standard environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable moving between coffee service and general FOH support when needed.
You’ll be part of a small team, working collaboratively to deliver consistently excellent coffee and a seamless guest experience. The right person will be confident working autonomously, bringing a calm, professional presence to every shift.
What the role involves:
- Dialling in and preparing consistently high-quality coffee
- Managing the bar efficiently through busy service periods
- Supporting FOH with plating, POS, and guest service as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels throughout service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1–2 years’ barista experience in a café or restaurant
- Can operate a coffee bar independently with speed and precision
- Communicates clearly and works well in a small team
- Is reliable, hardworking, and adaptable
- Has full working rights in Australia
