Casual Barista – Join Our Team at Licences 4 Work

Are you a passionate and experienced barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Casual Barista to join our friendly team at Licences 4 Work in Coopers Plains!

As our in-house barista, you’ll be an important part of the Licences 4 Work experience—serving quality coffee and light refreshments to our students, staff, and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a range of espresso-based and other coffee beverages
• Managing daily café operations (opening/closing, cleaning, restocking, etc.)
• Taking customer orders with a friendly, professional attitude
• Operating POS systems and handling cash/card transactions
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming café environment
• Ensuring food safety and OH&S standards are upheld at all times
• Assisting with basic food prep and display
• Managing stock levels and placing café orders as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working as a barista in a busy café environment
• Confident with all areas of café operations (coffee making, customer service, cleaning, etc.)
• Great communication and time management skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Availability to work on a flexible, casual basis
• Barista certification or food safety certification is highly regarded.
