The service moves through the day, starting with the on-site bakery in the morning before progressing into the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Barista to provide excellent coffee and customer service to our valued guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring that each customer has an exceptional experience.

Your day-to-day:

• Craft coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other beverages to customer specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
• Greet customers, providing friendly and prompt service.
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu.
• Operate POS system including EFT and cash payments.
• Keep work environment clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Restock necessary barista or bakery items where required.

Our successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a venue of a similar calibre.
• A love of good coffee.
• Pride in the service they deliver and a strong work ethic.
• A high level of emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of guests and anticipate their needs.
• The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• A valid Victorian RSA.
