About Us
Bella Venezia Restaurant, a multi-award-winning dining institution, is looking for passionate and talented bar staff to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on premium cocktails and luxury service, our vibrant and upscale environment is the perfect place for team members to showcase creativity and team spirit. With a 2-3 person team creating between 100 – 150 cocktails a day, you will need to be fast paced and well organised.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking talented and skilled bar staff who thrive in fast-paced environments and can assist in crafting extraordinary cocktails. Your passion for the art of mixology and bar tending will drive you to continuously innovate and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• shake and strain a variety of cocktails
• clean, Polish and Maintain glassware during service
• basic wine service
• bar prep and re-stock
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation.
• Engage with guests, providing a personalized and interactive experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Enhance the customers dining experience where possible

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• the ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment
• basic knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering unique cocktail experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Current RSA certification.
