At The Leederville Sporting Club our mission is to foster a sense of community through lawn bowls, quality beverages, family-friendly activities, and the enjoyment of sports.

The Bar Person will serve beverages responsibly, keep the venue tidy and ensure customers are safe and everyone’s bowling, rolling and having a good time.

The successful candidate will be organised, positive and ready to work hard and have fun.

Bar Person Position

• 3 shifts a week (24 hrs p/w). Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Potentially 5 shifts a week in Oct, Nov and Dec.
• Adhere to RSA guidelines to ensure patron safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance in the bar area.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including pouring beer, spritzs and very simple “pour” style cocktails.
• Provide outstanding customer service, reflecting our inclusive ethos.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be friendly and hard working.
• Club Award Wage.

Qualifications and Requirements

• RSA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
