About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bar/Gaming Attendant to join our team at the Labrador AFL Sports Club in Labrador, Queensland. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our bar and gaming operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving customers at the bar, processing payments, and mixing drinks
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Assisting with the set-up and pack-up of the bar and gaming areas
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in the gaming area
• Adhering to all relevant licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or gaming environment
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
