About the Role:
Capitol Cleaning is seeking an experienced apartment cleaner to join the team, servicing luxury apartment units three days a week, with the potential for additional days. The position offers flexibility, with the core days being Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hours are generally from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of luxury apartment units.
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Wiping down windows and mirrors.
• Sanitising surfaces.
• Disinfecting commonly touched items like switches, remotes, and handles.
• Dusting, polishing, and maintaining overall neatness.
• Ensuring safety for all occupants.
• Providing excellent customer service by maintaining high cleaning standards.

About You:

• Physically fit and able to work within allocated timeframes.
• Previous apartment or residential cleaning experience.
• An eye for detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Punctual, well-groomed, and well-presented.
• A happy demeanour and positive energy, especially when interacting with residents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures, and processes.
