Harvestime & FrozBerries is WA’s leading supplier of Frozen Berries, Tropical Fruits & Purees to the Retail, Manufacturing and Food services sectors throughout WA.

We seek the services of an experienced store person who can work with the initiative to get the job done autonomously and within a team. You must be well organised and motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail when accurately picking orders for despatch.

Previous food handling experience in a food manufacturing or food-handling environment is advantageous, along with understanding the importance of hygiene, food safety and food policies and procedures.

Warehousing duties include:

• Goods inwards & outwards
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Warehouse Housekeeping – ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
• Accurately picking and packing orders for delivery with a particular focus on attention to detail
• Assisting in stock checks and stock-takes as required
• Stock rotation ensures older stock is used first
• Assist and provide relief to our process packing team as required
• Learning and understanding our product range
• Must be motivated and committed to the job and tasks at hand

Other requirements are:

• Forklift Ticket required – LF
• A valid WA Driver’s License (manual) is essential

• MR Truck License – or willingness to obtain – but only as a backup to drivers
• You must be able to work in cold environments such as a freezer at minus 18 degrees – you will be in and out of the freezers as part of your regular daily routine.
• Understanding of the supply chain process
• Always work with a “can do” attitude
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and learn tasks assigned
• You must be physically fit and able to lift cartons up to 25kgs
