We are looking for staff that can serve in their own section confidently & that may also be able to grow into senior staff members helping direct service & train our team.

Our current group of hospitality gurus are passionate about service. We pride ourselves on all of our customer’s expectations being surpassed whilst delivering our trade mark Ember style of service (have a look at our Facebook & google reviews).

We love meat & seafood and know that nothing tastes better than grilling our premium select hand-picked produce over 400 degrees charcoal. We do this in our special Josper grill.

Knowledge of wine, produce & meats especially when they are cooked on charcoal is a major bonus, in addition, any bar experience is also a benefit.

We are open 7 nights a week with multiple roster options available. Rates of pay are based on your experience, professionalism & what value you add to the team.
