Yum Sing House is a modern Cantonese restaurant, located in Melbourne CBD. We opened our doors in June and cannonballed into the hospitality industry. The latest from TANG Australia, who is no stranger to Melbourne’s bustling nightlife — the team is the mastermind behind Ms Collins, Bond Melbourne and Scarlett Saturdays just to name a few.

We are a multi-level venue with a restaurant on the ground floor and a karaoke bar with 5 unique rooms on the 1st floor. We’re looking to come out of lockdown with a bang and a strong team to operate.

We are looking for Junior Chefs & Kitchen Hands to join our team! Our dining and overall experience will showcase the innovative flavours of Cantonese cuisine, whilst adding our own modern fun flair.

You’ll be working in a brand new spacious kitchen with all new equipment, fresh high-quality produce and a team that allows for creativity and growth.
