Canvas Apartment Hotel is a 4-star service apartment located in the Heart of Melbourne CBD, close to Southern Cross Station,

The position involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments and cleaning common areas to ensure the presentation of the property in accordance with the high standards of the Quest Brand.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanour, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion with guest interaction, and a strong appreciation of the workplace safety.

To be successful in this role you will be a reliable, hardworking individual who will possess the following skills:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or a service role in a Housekeeper position is desirable
• The ability to work in a strong team-focused environment
• The ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform all Room Attendant / Housekeeping procedures when required
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• Exceptional personal presentations and pride in your workplace
• Ability to work on a weekend/public holidays
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to manage time effectively
