About this role

Weare looking for a night caretaker to be on call in the evenings from 9PM – 6:30 AM. Working across a 7 days roster with a minimum of 4 nights. You will be provided with a hotel on-duty room to stay in during your working days.

You may have to assist guests being locked out of their accommodation, manage noise complaints and take responsibility for the hotel ensuring security including fire and emergency protection.

The successful candidate will have:

·good customer service skills

·effective problem solving

·strong communication skills ability to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner
