Looking for bond cleaning sub-contractors on the Sunshine Coast

Pay is a contract rate that is 80% of the contract with the client. But at a minimum is $40 an hour. But efficient cleaners can definitely raise that rate by finishing jobs quickly.

Job is sub-contractor position so ABN is required as is your own equipment and transport.

Must have the ability to do bond cleans unsupervised.

How I work is you tell me what days you are willing to work and I do my best to fill in those with jobs.

I generally take work in between Caloundra and Noosa but it is up to you where you are willing to work.
