We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join the No Bones crew.

Located at 11 Fletcher Street, No Bones is a vegan restaurant with a newly renovated cocktail bar. Specialising in signature cocktails and great food, we take pride in providing customers with an experience worth remembering.

Experience bartending and a passion for making cocktails are essential for this role.

On offer are 3-4 days per week with the possibility of looking at a full-time position if the candidate is the right fit.

You must be 18, available to work nights and weekends and have a current RSA.

Role/Responsibilities:

• General knowledge of cocktails/wines/spirits.

• Making Cocktails & Beverages (often at high volumes).

• Taking orders/operating POS systems.

• Engage in conversations with customers.

• Handling cash/EFTPOS transactions.

• Cocktail/Bar preparations.

• Multitasking.
