Our fun, small yet fast-paced cafe is looking for a talented Barista to join our family in Palmyra and take our customers’ coffee experience to the next level.

Duties and responsibilities include:

– Create a welcoming and positive customer experience

– Be able to calibrate the coffee grinder and create the perfect cup of coffee

– Willingness to learn other aspects of day to day trade.

– Make food items including our famous Acaí Bowls and Earth Bowls

– Opening and closing of the cafe.

– Bring the previous experience to the role but also a willingness to adjust to a new job.

You will:

– Posses great customer service and interpersonal skills

– Be professional and reliable

– Have vast experience behind the coffee machine

– Have a creative mind with a can-do attitude

– Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

– Run a busy shift with poise and control

– Be available to work on weekends.

– Have the flexibility to do a mixture of opening and closing shifts

– Must have your own transport

– Latte art would be a bonus!

We are able to offer a casual role from 15 up to 35 hours per week depending on your flexibility

Dayshift only: 6am/9am – 2:30pm

Hourly rates: Mon-Fri $27.91 Sat-Sun $33.50.

Pay increase based on a 2 monthly performance review
