We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at Mascot Corner Cafe. Job is 3 to 4 days per week flexible days to suit candidate has to be available at least 1 day on the weekend. Generally, shifts are 5 hours to 8hours per day. The ideal barista will have 2 – 3 years of experience making coffee and a sound understanding of extraction and grinder adjustment. Please only apply if you can adjust the coffee grinder and pour basic latte art. Must be able to handle 8kg – 9kg per day partially assisted by someone loading shots when busy. Making some cold drinks is a must when quiet. The ability to work well in a team environment and good customer skills are also essential.
