ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – – Learn and understand the cuisine, and be able to speak confidently on all menu items. – Provide exceptional customer service in person & via phone calls. – Operate computer systems and tablets efficiently and with accuracy. – Promptly answer kitchen calls with efficient table service. – Name dishes as placed before customers on their table. Friendly service! – General cleaning of cutleries, plates, tables, floors, bathrooms, and bar per shift. – Restock drinks fridge, Takeaway containers, and Bathroom hand towels. – Serve and prepare soft drinks & Mango Lassi. – Serve and prepare Tea (Besides Masala Tea) upon customer request. – Responsible for washing, cleaning, drying & putting in allocated spots, for the entirety of the establishment’s glasses. – Polishing Wine Glasses to a high standard. -Bartending: (only permitted for RSA holders) – Responsibly and accurately serve alcoholic beverages. No free pouring. – Skillfully create presentable drinks, pleasant to customers receiving them. – When required and if feeling unsure, check ID & cut off customers. (your manager is here to assist and help you always) ADDITIONALLY: – If you have long hair, hair is required to be worn up / out of the face. – Uniform = All black.
