We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at our beautiful 25-acre farm resort. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including:

– General property maintenance: fixing water leaks, mowing lawns, repairing fences, and other handyman work.

– Assisting with guest bookings and accommodation management.

– Ensuring the property is well-maintained and welcoming.

**Job Details:**

– **Accommodation included**: Living on-site with power, water, Wi-Fi, and all outgoings covered.

– **Flexible hours**: Must be available as needed to address property and guest needs.

– **Salary**: Negotiable based on experience and skills.

– **Path to management**: For the right candidate, this role can lead to a management position within six months.

**What We’re Looking For:**

– Age preference: 30 to 60 years (due to the physical nature of the work).

– Healthy and capable of manual labor, including heavy lifting.

– Proven handyman experience and skills in property or farm maintenance.

– Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

– Previous farm/property work experience and references required.
