We are currently seeking a talented chef to join restaurants/pubs based in the Sydney CBD area

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

· Demonstrated experience as a Chefs

· Knowledge of local and global cuisine trends

· Exceptional communication and immaculate presentation

· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team

· Demonstrate a positive attitude and genuine interest in the day to day operations

· A confident cooking style, emphasis on quality and presentation.

· Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items

About You:

To be successful in this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have:

· Certificate III in Commercial cookery

· Minimum of 2 years experience

Salary $60,000-$75000
