We are looking for an office/warehouse assistant for our hospitality supply company in the Byron Bay industrial estate.
The role
– Monday to Friday, no weekends, no public holidays, day varies from 8am – 4pm depending on trade
– Invoicing, picking and packing customer orders for delivery and pick up
– Stocktaking and warehouse management/cleanliness
– Receiving deliveries
– Assisting customers and new clients with their enquiries
– Answering calls and emails, using MYOB, Outlook and GMAIL, some Excel and Word skills required
The applicant
– Must be physically fit, this job requires lifting, walking, stretching etc
– Must be punctual, have great customer service and a can-do attitude
– Punctual, reliable and able to commit to at least 6 months
– Ability to work as a team and individually
– Live locally and having a knowledge of cafes, restaurants and bars is an advantage
