Position: Front House Server+ Hall serving
Location: Brisbane City

Other days:11:30 am–3 pm, 5–10 pm

Fridays and Saturdays: 11:30 am–3 pm, 5–10:30 pm

Availability: Needs to be able to work 20 to 38 hours a week

We seek a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic hospitality team! If you have at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about providing outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the front of house and hall areas
• Greet, seat, and take orders from guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English
