We are seeking a dedicated kitchen hand to join our busy catering team.
4am starts every day!
Tasks and duties
- Cleaning and maintaining catering equipment, utensils, dishes, cutlery and other assets.
- Assisting with food preparation or assembly and food storage as required.
- Perform general cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Must be physically fit to assist with large deliveries to marine tour boats each morning
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
- Commercial Kitchen experience and good knife skills is a must
- Willingness to learn and a fast learner is most desirable
