The opportunity is to join the Olinda Farm Production team and be mentored by two competent and credentialed farm managers.
The Kilby team will also progressively train and mentor your leadership and farm management aspirations.
With exciting growth projections for the business over the next ten years, this role offers the right individual a future opportunity in a business development, leadership in a fun, vibrant and exciting wholesale nursery environment.
The successful individual will ideally have some horticultural qualifications or credentials.
They would also possess a love and knowledge of quality plants, strong computer skills, they will be physically fit and enjoy hard work in the great outdoors, they will be honest, friendly, organised and hardworking nature.
