About the business and the role

Our busy CDB restaurant trades seven nights and Tuesday to Friday lunch. We’ve been open for six years, and since then, the group has added two more locations and outlets at the MCG and developed an exciting wholesale division in From Scratch Dough. We get corporates, families, theatre crowds, young and old, all types to enjoy our classic offering. DJs play most evenings, and our ‘street art gallery’ is constantly evolving.

A passion for wine, music and street art is also desirable.

Job tasks and responsibilities

working in a busy service, taking orders, making cocktails, restocking, using a POS opening and closing responsibilities, adhering to a strict cleaning schedule

Skills and experience

Great customer service skills are essential.
