We are a Vietnamese cafe located in Brisbane City (Market St), open Monday to Friday during the daytime (roughly 6am – 3pm). The responsibilities of this job (Kitchen Hand) involve the preparation (e.g., marinating, cooking, preparing final) of our food items for both takeaway and dine-in. This includes breakfast items such as wraps, English muffins, toasties, and lunch items like focaccias, lunch wraps, rice noodle salads, banh mi, pho, and spicy beef noodles. Work experience as a kitchen hand for one year is preferred, but we are happy to train anyone that is efficient and a quick learner. Wage will be provided on a weekly basis.
