Are you passionate about craft spirits and customer experiences? We’re a small distillery seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar and cellar Door Staff member to lead our tasting room and bar operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Cellar Door and tasting room, ensuring smooth and welcoming guest experiences.
• Curate and host guided tastings, educating visitors about our distilling process and unique spirit offerings.
• Manage inventory of our products and bar supplies, ensuring stock levels and orders are placed as needed.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, maintain a clean and organized space, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with guests, create loyal customers and grow our brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in bar or hospitality (preferably in a craft beverage or distillery setting).
• A genuine passion for spirits, cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and compliance requirements.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
